Agreement\uff09\uff0c\u57282016\u5e7411\u67084\u65e5\u6b63\u5f0f\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u5354\u8b70\u672a\u4f86\u5c07\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\u8b93\u5730\u7403\u6c23\u6eab\u7684\u4e0a\u5347\u5e45\u5ea6\uff0c\u63a7\u5236\u5728\u8207\u524d\u5de5\u696d\u6642\u4ee3\u76f8\u6bd4\u6700\u591a\u651d\u6c0f2\u5ea6\u5167\u7684\u7bc4\u570d\uff0c\u4e26\u52aa\u529b\u8ffd\u6c42\u524d\u8ff0\u5347\u6eab\u5e45\u5ea6\u6a19\u6e96\u7e8c\u6e1b\u81f3\u651d\u6c0f1.5\u5ea6\u5167\u3002\u6b50\u76df\u4ea6\u65bc2021\u5e74\u516c\u5e03\u78b3\u908a\u5883\u8abf\u6574\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u898f\u7bc4\u78b3\u5bc6\u96c6\u578b\u7522\u54c1\u82e5\u9032\u53e3\u5230\u6b50\u76df\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u8cfc\u8cb7\u6191\u8b49\uff08CBAM Cerificates\uff09\u81ea2023\u5e74\u958b\u59cb\u70ba\u671f\u4e09\u5e74\u7684\u904e\u6e21\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c2026\u5e74\u8d77\u958b\u59cb\u5be6\u65bd\u3002<\/p><p>\u3000\u3000\u56e0\u61c9\u570b\u969b\u7bc0\u80fd\u6e1b\u78b3\u8da8\u52e2\uff0c\u6211\u570b\u65bc2015\u5e747\u6708\u516c\u5e03\u65bd\u884c\u300c\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\u6e1b\u91cf\u53ca\u7ba1\u7406\u6cd5\u300d\uff0c\u8a02\u5b9a\u570b\u5bb6\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\u9577\u671f\u6e1b\u91cf\u76ee\u6a19\u70ba\u300c2050\u5e74\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u964d\u70ba2005\u5e74\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\u6392\u653e\u91cf50%\u4ee5\u4e0b\u300d\u3002\u884c\u653f\u9662\u66f4\u65bc2022\u5e744\u670821\u65e5\u901a\u904e\u300c\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\u6e1b\u91cf\u53ca\u7ba1\u7406\u6cd5\u300d\u4fee\u6b63\u8349\u6848\u6539\u70ba\u300c\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u9077\u56e0\u61c9\u6cd5\u300d\uff0c\u5f8c\u7e8c\u51fd\u8acb\u7acb\u6cd5\u9662\u5be9\u8b70\u3002\u7acb\u6cd5\u9662\u65bc2023\u5e741\u670810\u65e5\u6b63\u5f0f\u4e09\u8b80\u901a\u904e\u300a\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\u6e1b\u91cf\u53ca\u7ba1\u7406\u6cd5\u300b\u4fee\u6b63\u70ba\u300a\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u9077\u56e0\u61c9\u6cd5\u300b\uff0c\u6642\u96948\u5e74\u5927\u5e45\u4fee\u6cd5\uff0c\u660e\u5b9a\u6211\u570b\u61c9\u57282050\u5e74\u9054\u6210\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\u6de8\u96f6\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u672a\u4f86\u6c23\u5019\u6cbb\u7406\u4e3b\u8981\u6cd5\u6e90\u3002\u6b64\u6cd5\u6848\u5c07\u9577\u671f\u6e1b\u91cf\u76ee\u6a19\u5b9a\u70ba\u300c2050\u6de8\u96f6\u6392\u653e\u300d\uff0c\u4e26\u56e0\u61c9\u570b\u969b\u78b3\u95dc\u7a05\u8da8\u52e2\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u78b3\u8cbb\u5fb5\u6536\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u5404\u754c\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u300c\u78b3\u8cbb\u300d\u5fb5\u6536\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u9810\u8a08\u5c07\u65bc2024\u5e74\u81f32025\u5e74\u9593\u958b\u5fb5\u3002\u78b3\u8cbb\u898f\u5283\u63a1\u5206\u968e\u6bb5\u5fb5\u6536\uff0c\u74b0\u4fdd\u7f72\u89e3\u91cb\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u968e\u6bb5\u6703\u9396\u5b9a\u5e74\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u903e2.5\u842c\u516c\u5678\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u7576\u91cf\u7684\u300c\u6392\u78b3\u5927\u6236\u300d\uff0c\u5982\u92fc\u9435\u3001\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u6216\u6c34\u6ce5\u7b49\u5360\u53f0\u7063\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u6700\u5927\u5b97\u7684\u7522\u696d\uff0c\u7d04\u6709287\u5bb6\u3002\u91d1\u7ba1\u6703\u5247\u65bc2022\u5e743\u6708\u516c\u5e03\u300c\u4e0a\u5e02\u6ac3\u516c\u53f8\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u8def\u5f91\u5716\u300d\uff08\u5982\u57161\u6240\u793a\uff09\u898f\u5283\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u91dd\u5c0d\u4e0a\u5e02\u6ac3\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u6eab\u5ba4\u6c23\u9ad4\u76e4\u67e5\u53ca\u67e5\u8b49\u8cc7\u8a0a\u63ed\u9732\uff0c\u65bc\u63ed\u9732\u5167\u5bb9\u3001\u9069\u7528\u6642\u7a0b\u53ca\u898f\u5283\u91cd\u9ede\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u660e\u78ba\u7684\u8981\u6c42<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div \/>\u5728\u78ba\u5b9a\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u76e4\u9ede\u5f8c\uff0c\u7d44\u7e54\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c07\u6574\u9ad4\u76ee\u6a19\u5206\u89e3\u70ba\u5177\u9ad4\u7684\u6e1b\u6392\u76ee\u6a19\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u76ee\u6a19\u53ef\u4ee5\u6839\u64da\u6392\u653e\u6e90\u3001\u696d\u52d9\u90e8\u9580\u3001\u7522\u54c1\u985e\u5225\u7b49\u9032\u884c\u5283\u5206\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u6e1b\u6392\u52aa\u529b\u7684\u91dd\u5c0d\u6027\u548c\u6709\u6548\u6027\u3002<br \/>\u3000\u3000\u56db\u3001\u6e1b\u6392\u63aa\u65bd<br
