In order to help students take root in their career ideas and explore themselves on campus,understand the direction of self-professional development, so that learning and skills complement each other,finally, it can integrate smoothly with the industry.

Therefore, every year the freshmen of the undergraduate department(Graduate students can also apply)Merged with Ministry of Education after admissionUCAN「University Professional Competence Platform」,conduct self-professional interest exploration and functional diagnosis for students of different grades,early career planning and study preparation. Graduate students are also welcome(does not include on-the-job-class)take advantage of it.

Freshmen "Explore Career Interests":understand your interests, traits,find out what type of career you like and see if you are interested in different career types.

sophomore and junior(including graduate students)"Diagnosis of Common Functions in the Workplace":Understand the competencies required for various career types,help you examine the ability level of various commonly used skills in the current workplace,and help you make career planning and preparation for further studies in advance.

Junior or above(including graduate students)"Career Functioning Diagnosis":Understand the functions and behaviors required for various occupations,to help students grasp what it is like to work in a career,and assist students in capacity development planning.

(Additional: Fresh graduates can also participate in the "diagnosis of common functions in the workplace" after enrollment.First understand the level of personal soft power in the workplace, and then participate in the courses offered by the school,activities and competitions to improve their common abilities.)
