Introduction

My research group primarily focuses on investigating the composition-structure-properties relationships of oxide glasses and their applications through both experimental approaches and simulations, mainly using molecular dynamics (MD) and machine learning (ML). The current main research topics include:

(1) Dielectric glasses and glass-ceramics for 5G/6G wireless communication.
(2) High mechanical strength glasses and transparent glass-ceramics for display panels.
(3) Glass materials for advanced semiconductor packaging.
