職缺名稱叫 Wireline Field Engineer。乍聽陌生，實際上，它是站在地表與地底之間的那雙眼：你會在苗栗作為基地，卻被訓練成一位世界流動的專業實戰者。井場是你的實驗室，測井工具是你手上的儀器，地層曲線就是你的原始數據。你在現場做的每一次判讀，最後都可能進入油氣開發、地熱工程，甚至未來二氧化碳封存計畫的決策框架裡——那些在課堂上被畫成一格一格方塊圖的「流程」，會因為你的按下一個按鈕、做出一個判斷，而真正運轉。

• Position: Wireline Field Engineer – 1ea, Fresh out from Taiwan (Nationality: Taiwanese), planned onboard in 2026 Q2 or Q3

The Wireline Field Engineer is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable product & service delivery to Customers. The Wireline Field Engineer identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage risk during service delivery.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (including Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, etc) or applied sciences (including Geology, Geophysics, Physics, Chemistry, etc)

• The recruited Field Engineer will be based in Miaoli as Home Country, and high possibility to work/to be trained globally
